Purpose & Scope
If your products ship with any missing parts, components, or license keys, it is important to replace those as soon as possible. Please submit a case through the portal and we will be happy to replace anything that is missing.
Procedure
- On the portal, click Support > Submit a Case.
- Fill in your name, contact information, product name and order number.
- In the Case Category drop-down, select Missing Parts.
- In the Details section, describe any parts, components, or license keys that you are missing.
- Click Submit.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by any missing parts. If you would rather exchange your product for another product, please fill out a Return Authorization form.
