Purpose & Scope

If your products ship with any missing parts, components, or license keys, it is important to replace those as soon as possible. Please submit a case through the portal and we will be happy to replace anything that is missing.

Procedure

  1. On the portal, click Support > Submit a Case.
  2. Fill in your name, contact information, product name and order number.
  3. In the Case Category drop-down, select Missing Parts.
  4. In the Details section, describe any parts, components, or license keys that you are missing.
  5. Click Submit.

Additional Comments

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by any missing parts. If you would rather exchange your product for another product, please fill out a Return Authorization form.
